On a bitterly cold London evening, schoolteacher Kyra Hollis receives an unexpected visit from her former lover, Tom Sergeant, a successful and charismatic restaurateur whose wife has recently died. As the evening progresses, the two attempt to rekindle their once passionate relationship, only to find themselves locked in a dangerous battle of opposing ideologies and mutual desires.
After months of quarantine, recently retired Oscar and his wife Ruth are driving each other nuts, and are ready to kill each other. A chance encounter with a stranger turns their world upside down and someone is likely to end up dead!
This play couldn't be better suited to the times we live in! Three actors are live on the stage area specifically created for this play on the Angel Terrace. Two more are projected on a large screen, and 6 more participate via Zoom! This dark comedy combines many elements to which we can so easily relate, and will be welcome entertainment in our socially distanced environment.
